This area is considered one of the most strategically located logistics hubs in the southern Netherlands, enclosed by the A2 and A73 motorways.

The location covers a total of approximately 6.4 hectares, with a building footprint of around 37,600 sqm. The asset is designed to accommodate both general cargo and the storage of ADR-classified goods. It features a multifunctional and flexible layout, fully prepared for the logistics demands of the future.

A distinctive architectural element is the ‘living skin’: a dynamic façade that brings the building to life through greenery and movement.

The new distribution center is developed to BREEAM Excellent standards and incorporates low-carbon steel (XCarb), Falk Cradle Core façade panels, an A++++ energy label, and is fully electric. It is also equipped with triple glazing and a greywater recycling system.
